Creamy Nut Butter
This silky-smooth creamy nut Butter is a deliciously rich spread that pairs beautifully with pancakes, cookies, or cakes. Made with buttery macadamias, soaked almonds, and a hint of vanilla, it’s both nourishing and indulgent.

Serving – makes 1 small jar
Ingredients
1 cup macadamias
½ cup cashews or soaked and peeled almonds
¼ tsp sea salt
1 tbsp ghee (adjust for desired creaminess)
½ tsp vanilla essence
Method
Soak the nuts in water for at least 1 hour to soften, if using almonds, soak overnight then peel.
Drain and rinse the nuts
Add the nuts to a blender or food processor and blend until creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Add sea salt, ghee, and vanilla essence, then blend again until smooth and well combined.
Store in an airtight jar and enjoy spread over pancakes, drizzled onto cookies, or swirled into porridge.
