Dosha Adaptation Guide

VATA – Warming spices and natural sweetness make this great for Vata. Add a little extra ghee or soaked dates for extra moisture and nourishment.

PITTA – Reduce nutmeg and add a sprinkle of rose petals or soaked apricots for a cooling effect.

KAPHA – Can be a bit heavy for Kapha, so use fewer dates, add a pinch of black pepper or ginger for warmth, and opt for lighter nuts like almonds instead of walnuts.
